Proverb 20 vs. 21– An inheritance may be gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end thereof shall not be blessed.

1. Live righteously.
2.  Be a man of integrity.
3. Run from sin
4. Acquire skills.
5. Become knowledgeable.
6. Work hard.
7. Manage your time very well.
8. Develop a saving culture.
9. Save for tomorrow.
10. Save bit by bits.
11. Be a responsible man.
12. Put your family needs as priority no one.
13. Avoid wastes.
14. Cut off labels that wasted your income
15. Invest in people.
16.  The friends you invest in today, will support you when you are in crises. Life is in cycles.
17. Sow into the gospel.
18. Pray for deliverance against poverty spirit.
19. Pray for favour.
20. Pray for helpers. Favour and Helpers will give you or connect you to secure good jobs, contracts and opportunities.
