Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth

1. Global financial recession
2. Misguided investment. Don’t borrow money to start a new business. Borrow to expand a business that you are able to pay back within six months.
3. Lack of vision. Poor diversification strategies. Think: How could I have many sources of income?
4. Have a good credit rating. Always repay your debts when due, so that you can borrow when you are in crises.
5. Pay your tithes.
