1. The grave is never satisfied, always consuming the bird every moment.
2. Any child that despises or curses his parent shall come to destruction – vs. 17, The eye that mocketh at his father, and despiseth to obey his mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, and the young eagles shall eat it. 
3. The eagle will always find its way in the air.
4. Though ants are small, they always prepare ahead for the food they are going to eat.
5. Locusts are organised, and they go out together.
