2 Kings 13

1. Death is the end of every man, whether high or low.
2. Sickness is also the portion of every man which will eventually end in death.
3. It is unfathomable that Elijah, the miracle worker, could be sick and eventually die.
4. Yet in this sickness, he was still doing miracles when Joash, King of Israel, visited him.
5. Even in death, his sepulchre revived the life of a man who was being buried.
6. It is appointed to all men to die; otherwise, Elijah would have cheated death.
