1. A remarkable characteristic of David was that he never forget his friends and those who helped him in the past.
2. David was faithful to his loyalists. In 2 Samuel 10, we saw that he planned to show kindness to Hanun, the son of Nahash, King of Ammon, for the past favour done to him.
3. David always remembered his past helpers.
