Qualities of the Holy Spirit: The Spirit of God is a mobilizer

1 Samuel 11 vs 6

And the Spirit of God came upon Saul when he heard those tidings, and his anger was kindled greatly.

The Bible says when the Spirit of God came upon Saul, He mobilised the Israelites to fight for the deliverance of Jabesh from the Ammonites.
After Saul won the battle, He was made king by the Israelites.
If the Spirit of God had not enabled him to achieve victory for the Israelites, Saul would not have become king.
