Psalm 129 vs 4

⁴ The Lord is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.

1. The Bible identifies what is called cords of the wicked.
2. The cord of the wicked is a chain of bondage.
3. The cord of the wicked is a weapon of satanic suffocation.
4. The cord of the wicked is a weapon of oppression.
5. But the Psalmist says that God has cut off every cord of the wicked in the name of Jesus Christ.
6. Let the God of David cut off every cord of the wicked, every chain of the wicked against your life, marriage, business, health, entanglement in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
