- If you study the story of Eli and his wife carefully, you will discover that there was no peace in his house. As a matter of fact, the Bible described Peninnah the second wife of Eli as an adversary of Hannah, which means she was her enemy. Read: 1 Samuel 1 vs. 6.
- If you want the peace of God and peace in your home, be contented with one wife.
