The Character of God: God has secrets

In chapter 15, Elipaz accused Job of justifying himself.

Commentary

1. He told him that Job was not the first man that God created.
2. He said Job does not know the secrets of God, so he cannot be as wise as God -vs. 8, Hast thou heard the secret of God? and dost thou restrain wisdom to thyself?
3. He blamed Job for becoming angry with God because of his tribulations.
4. He told Job that he cannot claim to be a righteous person because he is born of a woman -vs.14, What is man, that he should be clean? and he which is born of a woman, that he should be righteous?
5. He told Job that every man is filthy before God, so Job cannot claim to be a righteous person.
