Genesis 12 vs 1

Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

1. God told Abraham to leave his father’s house, people, and country to another country.
2. God said he would bless Abraham after his migration.
3. He would not have been blessed if Abraham had not left his country.
4. It also means that Abraham must separate from forces hindering his blessings in his father’s house.
5. Many of us must leave our father’s house and country before we can be blessed.
