1 Corinthians 10 vs 14
Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
- Idolatry is worshipping a man-made god
- Idolatry goes beyond worshipping a man-made god.
- There are so many idols of the heart.
- If you are too attached to anything that takes you away from worshipping God, that thing has become your idol.
- A phone can become your idol,
- social media can become an idol,
- The television program can become an idol,
- Football teams can become an idol,
- Celebrity can become an idol
- Money can become an idol
- Seek to be in God’s presence all the time.
- Cut off every idol and serve God with all your time.
- Receive your liberty from the idol of the heart in Jesus’ name.
