THE CHARACTER OF GOD: God dislikes hunger and starvation

Joel 2 vs 26

²⁶ And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

1. God is not interested in anybody going hungry.
2. It does not please God for people to starve for food.
3. The standard of God is that people should have plenty to eat.
4. What pleases God is for people to be satisfied when they eat.
5. The Bible says, ‘You shall eat plenty and be satisfied’.
6. So, if you are still struggling to fight the will of God, you need to cry to Him.
