Overcome your fears

Read 1 Samuel 21

The Bible says God was with him – 1 Samuel 18 vs 12.
However, David was still afraid of Saul and fled from his presence in the fear of being killed – 1 Samuel 21 vs 10.
In this fear, David even ran to the enemy’s camp – meeting Achish, King of Gath, a Philistine, renowned enemies of the Jews.
In his fear, David forgot all what has killed him to achieve, including defeating Goliath, the leader of Phillistine.
Even when priest Abimelech handed over to him the famous sword of Goliath, which David used to behead Goliath, now kept as a historical monument, David still lived in fear.
May faith in God overcome your fear in Jesus name.
