What are abominations in the Bible

Abominations are sins

Revelation 21 vs 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

1. All forms of abominations are sins.
2. Abominations could be described as things that violate traditional moral codes.
3. Many years ago, I jokingly told my teenage daughter I was going to bathe for I as I used to bathe her when she was a baby. She immediately shouted ‘abomination’.
4. So, anything that fails the moral test is an abomination.
