| Memorise: “For he seeth that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others” (Ps 49:10)
Read: Psalm 49:6-10 |

| Behind the mist or gloomy scenario being painted before you lies your greatest joy. Take that step forward. Advance in faith. Every time you take a step forward, you leave something behind. When the lepers left their colony that morning, they never knew they were about to cross the border of poverty forever. It is possible to cross the border of poverty into wealth once and for all. When God solves a problem, He does it perfectly.
The lepers ensured they had enough treasure deposits to last them a life time before they called out to others. This season, you will cross the borders of sorrow, poverty, failure and barrenness into lasting joy, wealth, success and fruitfulness. Every blessing the Lord releases to you this period shall be permanent. You will also notice from this story recorded in 2 Kings 7:1-11 that the lepers without any prior notice suddenly walked into their loot. The Syrian army had a lot of good things in store. They were feasting while the children of Israel were on a compulsory continuous fast. Then that day, the Lord said power must change hands. And suddenly, the enemies heard a sound and fled for their lives, leaving all their wealth and treasures behind. And before long, Israel began to harvest what they never sowed. Proverbs 13:22 says, “A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just”. This tells us that the wealth or prosperity of sinners is quite temporary. Why are they laying up so much money, assets and precious things? The truth is, they are laying them up for bonafide children of God. Before they know it, without prior notice like it happened to the Syrian army, unbelievers will have to lose their wealth to believers. This simply means that they are only helping to keep such treasures for us. Apart from unbelievers, believers who are not ready to use God’s blessings in their lives to be a blessing to the needy ones, may lose such blessings to those believers who will faithfully distribute them (Ps 49:10). Do you know there are several Syrian camps waiting for you to enter and take your loot? Wherever they are, the Lord will guide your feet into them. On the other hand, are you prepared to be a channel of blessing to others? You will stumble into wealth and fortune this season. |

| Lord, as you promised, let wealth be transferred into the hands of your faithful children all over the world. |
