- In modern times, Sunday the first day of the week is taken as the day of worship because is the most convenient work free day.
- Jesus describes Himself as the Lord of the Sabbath which implies He cannot be tied to any legalistic righteousness.
- Everyday is a day of worship and Jesus has given us a rest from observing Sabbath days.
