Can a christian be a Lesbian or Gay?

Romans 1:26 

  26 For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, 27 and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.

For this reason God allowed their shameful passions to control them. Their women have exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature.

After reading the scriptures above, is there any justification for any Christian to parade himself as a Homosexual?

The passages above contain several messages.

1. God has ‘given up’ those who desire to be homosexuals, because of their hearts is hardened unto sin. When anyone turns a deaf ear to the word of God, God will ‘give up’ on him and allow the devil to control his life.
2. Homosexuality is immoral. The Bible variously describes it as ‘degrading passions’, ‘shameful passions’, ‘indecent acts’ and ‘vile affections’.
3. Homosexuality is strange and unnatural. If God had wanted same sex relationships, he would not have created opposite sexes. The evil and wicked imagination of men gave rise to homosexuality.
4. Lastly, homosexuality is influenced by the spirit of error.

If  you are engaged in Homosexuality, you need to repent. If you come back to him, he will accept you as a prodigal son though he had earlier given up on you. Jesus is the way, the life and the truth. Cast out that spirit of error from your life today and follow the truth.
