2 Chronicles 34:3 KJV explained
The Bible recorded that Josiah walked right in the sight of God and did not compromise.
- He removed the evil altars in the land of Judah.
- He killed all the evil priests in the land of Judah.
- He repaired the temple of God.
- It was during his time, Hilkiah, one of the priest found the book of the law of Moses.
How King Josiah returned the people to God
- He commanded Saphal, the secretary of the king, to read the law of God to the people.
- He made a new covenant that the people would serve God.
- He commanded the people to serve God and to obey his commandment.
