David and Absalom Bible story
Read 2 Samuel 16
- Absalom rebelled against his father, David.
- Absalom turned the hearts of the Israelites against his father, David, in treachery.
- Absalom pursued his father, David, from the throne and from Jerusalem.
- Absalom slept with his 10 concubines in the sight of the Israelites. – vs.22 So they spread Absalom a tent upon the top of the house; and Absalom went in unto his father’s concubines in the sight of all Israel.
