Commentary on Matthew 25: Are you an unprofitable servant?
- Every Christian has a divine assignment to win souls.
- God has apportioned the soul winning according to everyone’s ability.
- The nature and responsibility of these evangelistic assignments vary in dimensions. Some he made Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Deacons, Teachers, and others he made Overseers.
- God will one day ask every believer to account how he has used his ability to execute this evangelistic assignment.
- Heavens will rejoice with soul sinners.
- Christians are expected to win more souls with their divine abilities.
- Believers will be given positions of leadership and responsibility according to the number of souls they won on earth.
- Evangelists and soul winners shall experience and live in joy in heaven.
- Unprofitable servants, those that did not add value to the kingdom, those who wasted or buried their talents while on earth shall be rebuked by God and cast into hell.
