Psalm 106

1. The Psalmist lamented that because the people of Israel forgot God, several calamities befell them.
2. The Psalmist lamented that Israel forgot his saviour; they fell into bondage in the hands of their enemies.
3. The Psalmist lamented that because the Israelites forgot the great things God has done for them, they were recaptured into slavery.
4. This is both a lesson and a warning that when God delivers you and becomes prosperous, we should hold on to Him otherwise the enemy of your soul will rise again.
