Memorise: “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17) Read: Deuteronomy 28:23-24 |
| Heavenly windows are shut against non-tithers. James 1:17 says, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” All the blessings we receive come from God. So if the windows in Heaven are shut, that means no blessing will come forth. Deuteronomy 28:23 simply describes it as one’s heaven becoming brass. The Lord will open the heavens over you in Jesus name. Non-tithing prevents the rain of the uncommon blessing. It could stand on your way to receiving the greater anointing, or even entering your promised land. Just imagine losing millions and billions in local or international currency for failing to pay a tithe of a few thousands. Malachi 3:11 further adds that refusal to pay tithes makes God to approve devourers to operate over your source of livelihood. It brings about untimely harvests. It is a curse to harvest your fruits when they are not yet ripe. Check your life today. Have you been going through a season of premature deliveries? Check out your tithing. As you put things right today, every curse of premature harvest upon your life is broken in Jesus name. Failing to be faithful in tithing can also put a mark on you. This is a negative mark that will attract curses from every one wherever you go. All nations could abhor you and call you a cursed person because you failed to be faithful to God in tithing. There are some believers who attract curses from people anywhere they go. There are some believers whose request for visa to other lands are frequently turned down. One possible reason is tithe default. First check out your faithfulness in tithing before blaming the devil. Lastly, just as the tither becomes a delightsome land, the non-tither becomes a loathsome or abominable land to God. If you refuse to pay your tithes, all the things in your life that should have attracted God towards you, will repel Him from you. From today, pay your tithes to God. Pay tithe on all your increases. Stop delaying it. Non-tithers are their greatest enemy as they are the ones who trigger off the negative trends in their lives. Have you been defaulting in tithes? Repent and restitute your ways. Pay your tithes and add the 20% interest to it. Also cultivate the habit of tithing out of your income before spending the rest. Put God first in everything, including your finance. |

Pray that God will touch the heart of every tithe defaulter in your parish to be faithful. |
