Wisdom is the fear of God

Job 28 verse 28

And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

There are many definitions of wisdom.
To most people, wisdom is the ability to solve a problem.
But the Bible makes us realize that the true definition of wisdom is the fear of God.
This means, if you do not fear God, you are a foolish man no matter your success.
The fear of God simply means obeying the commandments of God.
And if you do not obey the commandments of God, you are easy prey in the hand of Satan.
A wise man, therefore, is not a successful person in the eyes of the world, but a man that fears God, knowing fully it is the Lord that can save and deliver.
