Laws on Vows
Deuteronomy 23 vs. 21 – When thou shalt vow a vow unto the Lord thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the Lord thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
- You are free to make a vow to God voluntarily.
- Pay your vows as soon as possible, do not delay.
- God keeps record of vows.
- Defaulting in payment of vow is a sin.
- If you fail to pay your vows, God will collect it from you in another way.
