Deuteronomy 19 vs 18 – And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;

1. They are raised or ordained by God
2. They are God’s servants for the people of God.
3. They speak the mind of God
4. They speak the word of God
5. They speak the commandment of od to the people
6. God will judge anyone who does not obey God’s commandment they speak to the people.
