Romans 8 vs 13.
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
- The Spirit of God cages the flesh.
- The Spirit of God neutralizes the desires of the flesh.
- The Spirit of God overcomes every carnal desire.
- So, if you have the spirit of God, you will not succumb to everything that your flesh wants.
- For instance, the flesh wants to eat but the spirit wants to fast.
- The flesh wants to gist but the spirit wants to pray.
- If you are filled with the spirit of God, you will be able to control things of the flesh.
- When you have the spirit of God, some things won’t appeal to you. Even if it appeals to you, the spirit inside of you will still control you.
