Mark 6 vs 7
And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;
- In this verse, Jesus called his disciples and gave them power.
- The Bible says Jesus Christ gave his disciples power over unclean spirits.
- If you look further, in Mark 6:13, The Bible says the disciples demonstrated the power by casting out devils and healing the sick.
- In summary, a deliverance minister is any Christian who can cast out the devil in Jesus’ name.
