Matthew 12 vs 44
Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.
- A demon can turn a person’s body into his house.
- A demon can turn a person’s body into his property.
- A demon can become a permanent resident in a person’s life just as people aspire to have a permanent resident card of a country.
- Demons can build houses and mansions in the life of a person.
- Demons can displace the spirit of God in the life of a person.
- In this verse, the demon said, ‘I will return to my house’. He is claiming ownership of the body.
- The demon can go in and out of a person. He said, ‘ I will return,’ meaning he has gone out before and wants to return.
- It means that when there is deliverance, you must keep praying to sustain your deliverance.
