Joshua 24 verse 23
Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the LORD God of Israel.
- Every god that was manufactured by your hands is a strange god
- Every god that can not save, heal, deliver or prosper is a strange god
- Every god that is made from non-living things is a strange god
- Every living thing that calls himself god, but did not create itself and is mortal is a strange god
- Every god different from Jehovah is a strange god.
