Exodus 13 verse 3 

And Moses said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place: there shall no leavened bread be eaten.

The lessons from this passage are:

2. Someone can be in bondage for years. The Israelites were in bondage for 430 years
3. It is not easy to be released from bondage. You need divine strength
4. Only God the deliverer can free you from your bondages.
