Deliverance prayers against stagnation

Sub title-Disgracing boasting powers

Ephesians 6 vs.12 – for we wrestles not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Luke 10:9 – And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

Ephesians 6 vs.12 says that our battles are not against physical forces but spiritual forces;

Luke 10:9 also says God has giving us power to overcome every forces of darkness.

I want you to come to an understanding today that there are some forces of darkness that are very stubborn, obstinate, unrelenting, and unrepentantly.

These dark powers have made a covenant with Satan, and are rightly called ‘over my dead body’, what are the characteristics of these boosting powers?

• They prefer to perish with Satan rather than accept Jesus as Lord
• They deny the Lordship of the Lord Jesus Christ.
• They are arrogant enough to challenge God and deny His existence
• They prefer to perish instead of allowing people of God to go to their promise land
• They block prayers of the saints and are responsible for unanswered prayers.
• They are wasters of glory and emptiers of destiny.
• these are powers that waste deliverance prayers

In this message we shall look at how Christian could deal and overcome these boasting powers.

Isaiah 14 vs. 12-15 –

Satan is the chief of these powers and in Isaiah 14 vs. 12-15, he was recorded as having challenged the authority of God. I pray that every Satan that is challenging God in your life shall be cut down in Jesus mighty name.

Exodus 5 vs. 2 – And Pharaoh said who is the LORD that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD; neither will I let Israel go.

 In Exodus 5 vs. 2, Pharaoh, who represented such boosting powers said that he does not know the Lord and he will not allow the people of God to be set free.

Today, I pray for you that any power that is asking who is your Lord, the God of Israel shall arrest that power in Jesus name.

I also pray for you that any power that is saying he will not allow you to go to your promise land, such power shall perish in the red sea in the order of Pharaoh in Jesus name.

Samuel 17 vs. 10 and 47, – And the Philistine said, I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.

47 – And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD’s, and he will give you into our hands.

In Samuel 17 vs. 10 and 47, the boasting powers manifested as a Goliath, who challenged the people of God into battle, harassing and intimidating them. Today, I pray that Goliath of your life shall be disgraced in the order of Biblical Goliath in Jesus mighty name.

Isaiah 36 vs. 16, 18-20

Isaiah 37 vs. 15-17

Isaiah 37 vs. 33-37

Senacherib, king of Assyria represented such boating powers. Senacherib boasted that God could not deliver Israel out of his hands, which led Hezekiah to petition to God and God answered by sending  an angel that killed one hundred and eighty five thousand soldiers in the armies of king Senacherib.

I pray for you that an angel of God shall kill the armies of your enemies in Jesus name.

Daniel chapter 3 vs. 1-3

Biblical Nebuchadnezzar represented such powers as he commanded all the people of Babylon not to worship any other God apart from his own image of gold. But God fought for himself, at the end, all the people that encouraged Nebuchadnezzar to set up another god ended up in the fiery furnace.

I pray that powers commanding you to worship Satan shall perish in Jesus name.

What lessons can we learn from these boasting powers?

1. Boasting powers are wickedly wicked, unrepentant, and stubborn and die harded.
2. Boasting powers mock God.
3. Boasting powers disobeyed God.
4. Boasting powers deny God.
5. Boasting powers keep people in bondages.
6. These boasting powers harass the people of God.

But the good news I have is that as long as you call upon the God of Israel, your battles shall be won and your deliverance will manifest as these powers are disgraced.
