Does God cause evil?

Judges 9 vs. 23 – Then God sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the men of Shechem; and the men of Shechem dealt treacherously with Abimelech:

1. All good and evil are created by God
2. Satan was created by God.
3. God may use evil as a weapon to judge the wicked.
4. God allows evil to happen to the wicked as a punishment for disobedience.
5. As long as you walk with God, He will build an hedge around you..to ensure no evil comes near you
