I am writing you on behalf of Mrs. Queen (surname withheld), a Nigerian. We attend the same church. Aged 40, she was married but widowed about 13 years ago, when she lost her husband in an accident.
Over the years she has successfully trained her children (two boys and a girl) with her meagre income and the oldest just graduated few months ago, while the two others are undergraduates of Nigerian universities.
Mrs. Queen faces an accommodation challenge. She and her children have been living in a two room apartment for the past 20 years, but ownership of the property was transferred to a new person some weeks ago, and she urgently needs to rent a new apartment. Otherwise, she will become homeless.
She does not have the financial means to secure a new accommodation and she faces the risk of becoming homeless with her children.
I am appealing to you to assist the her raise about $3000 needed to rent a 2/3bedroom flat in Lagos for a year. I am taking up this cause because I am enamoured to her over the years by the way she had successfully raised her children in godliness and given them the university education; even as a widow woman with a meagre income of less than $200 per month.
