- The major signal of self control is mouth control
- It is dangerous to speak when you cannot improve on your silence
- The biggest mouths always have little to say
- It is wiser to chose what you say than to say what you chose
- Great talkers are little doers
- Evil swords cut more deeply than a sword
- Speech is silver but silence is golden
- Written words can be erase but spoken words can not be erase
- In the use of words, quality is more important than quantity
- Over production or multiplication of words indicates poverty of thoughts
