who shakes his hands, lest they hold a bribe,
who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed
and shuts his eyes from looking on evil,

- Speaks the Truth
- Hates illicit gain
- Shuns bribery and corruption
- Flees from wickedness
- Does not associate with evildoers
