God has not forgotten you! He has a plan for you. He calls himself your father, but he is a father that is closer to his children than mothers.
He said in this passage that it is unlikely that a mother forgets her sucking baby, but even if that occurs, he will never forget you.
Picture yourself as sucking the breast of God. Is it likely that he has forgotten about you. He is holding you in his palms, with his hands curved around you as you are sucking His breast. He can never forget you in that situation. He know you need to feed on the milk in His breast, and he has a duty to ensure an unceasing flow of milk into your mouth.
Just hold on to him. You are in his arms. He has not forgotten you, and infact he is about to pump some breast milk into your mouth.
