| BREAKING MENTAL YOKES |

| “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus” (Acts 4:13). When the wind of the Holy Spirit blows, it will pave a way through mental bondage. Peter and John were described as uneducated and ignorant men. They were regarded as being incapable of acquiring knowledge. But when the wind of the Spirit blew on them, the so-called mentally retarded confounded the wise and educated. Have you had problems with your mental faculty? Have you found it difficult to assimilate and recall what you read? Have people called you a dunce? Have forces of darkness tampered with your brain? The wind of the Holy Spirit will blow on your brain today and break every satanic yoke in Jesus name. From now on, you will be top of your class and be the best in every mental contest like Daniel and his colleagues in Daniel 1:20. There was this couple who were both professors. One would think that the product of such a combination would be a genius. But in this case, their son was a dunce. His brain was incapable of retaining anything. He always scored zero in his subjects so when they moved him from a class of 30 students to a class of 35 students, his position went from 30th to 33rd. He had never passed an examination. His parents did all they could. They even got him a computer and private teachers, yet he kept scoring zero. One day, getting almost frustrated, the professors brought their son to Jesus and the wind of the Holy Spirit blew. The following term, the boy went to school and came first. His teacher protested. He said the boy’s case was so bad that even if he was given the answer to copy in an examination, he would copy it wrongly. So he insisted the boy must repeat the examination in his presence. He did but this time he even scored higher. Every yoke of failure and senility attacking your brain is destroyed today. Your brain will begin to function perfectly from now. You will be the best in all your endeavours. Draw closer to God today and let the Holy Spirit become your friend.
