Deliver thyself o Zion
Zechariah 2 verse 7
7 Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.
- Zion stands for the people of God.
- Zion stands for God’s children.
- Zion stands for the redeemed
- Zion stands for covenant children.
- Babylon is the opposite of Zion.
- Babylon represents drunkenness, adultery, witchcraft, fornication, idolatry, and evil.
- Unfortunately, daughters of Zion befriended daughters of Babylon.
- Unfortunately, sons of Zion intermarried with daughters of Babylon.
- Unfortunately, Zion makes peace with Babylon its adversary.
- In what way have you intermarried with Babylon?
- Deliver thyself o Zion from Babylon spirit.
- Deliver yourself from drunkenness, gambling, sexual urges, lying, idolatry, and sins.
- You have a part to play in your salvation.
- Deliver yourself and God will deliver you.
